Cipher’s End-of-Year Celebration: A Turning Point for Growth
To close out 2024, we decided to host a special End-of-the-Year celebration for our team—and what better way to wrap up the year than with a transformative experience? We invited Xavier Cano to lead a session on mastering the “Ownership Mindset.” Not only did Xavier share invaluable insights with our team and their families, but he also guided us through interactive exercises that helped each person assess where they currently stand in terms of their mindset and ownership approach.
